How to schedule your emails (Quick Version)

Here's what to do in order to schedule your emails to be sent:

1) Load your new email into your Mailchimp account. Make sure you name your email with the emails scheduled mail date.

2) Update Your Scheduled Email on Your Board.

  • Login to your account
  • Click and change "Creative Status" to "Ready to Send"
  • Click the "+" in the upper right corner of the "Ready to Send" Creative Status button and enter an update note which will automatically send us a notification that lets us know this email is ready for us to move into Digital Direct. Be sure to click the blue "Update" button.
