If you've purchased the Digital Direct email designing service, here's the process for submitting your email to be designed.
1) Go into your board on Monday.com (access provided during the onboarding process) and click on the space next to your company name, for the email copy you'll be sending.
2) This will open up a dialog box to the right, for you to put in your email copy and instructions.
3) Next, click the "Creative Status" field and change the status to "Submitted to DD to Design". This will send a notification to us, which will kick off the design process.
4) Once the design is completed and approved we will then change the status to "Ready to Send" and handle moving the email onto our Master Calendar.
